- Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process before shipping. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- Free Standard Shipping applies to orders placed on ShopUsa24.com and shipped via standard shipping to a U.S. address. This offer does not apply to orders shipped to locations not served by the carrier. Select Free Standard Shipping at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
